As a professional, with 30 years of experience, having held various C-Level positions, I assumed different professional challenges at different companies, such as : Grupo Ageas Portugal, an insurance company, as Business Advisor (2018 - Present); CEO at PKNOA (3 years) - a Portuguese startup that is developing DataSonar, big data analytics platform; Head of the Strategic and the Organization Departments at Grupo Banco Espírito Santo / Novo Banco (10 years) – one of the top 3 Portuguese Financial Groups; General Manager at SIBS Processes (3 years) - company to ensure the running of the back-office banking operations for the entire national banking system; Associate Partner Andersen Consulting / Accenture (15 years) - international consulting company.

Through PWN Lisbon (European Professional Women´s Network), in addition to being a newly elected board member, I lead the YOUTH PROGRAM, focused on young women (25-35), helping them develop their self-awareness, personal & professional branding, communication & network and leadership skills. I’m also participating, as a mentor, in the Mentoring Program.
I am a passionate person about traveling, cultivating relationships with different cultures and people, and sport, which is an integral part of my daily agenda.
